Location

1518 walnut street, suite 1502
Philadelphia, PA, 19102

Originally built in 1926 as the Merlin Building, it is now better known as the Rothenberg Tower. Notice the gold eagle featured on the building’s façade where the NFL held its 1st office.

Conveniently located in Center City, Philadelphia.  Accessible to all trolley, Market-Frankford Subway, Broad Street line, PATCO, Regional Rail and Septa public transportation. We are within 5 minute walking distance from City Hall or Market East Station.

There are plenty of parking garages nearby. A personal favorite is the Latimer Garage off of 15th and Latimer.
